Thank you so much for your interest in booking with Koncepts by Kinze.
Please take a moment to carefully review the following policies before submitting a booking request. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for both you and your artist. Submission of a booking request confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies below.
Booking Policy
Standard bookings can be requested through the Book Online page. Please allow time for artist to reach out to confirm requested bookings.

All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time of your appointment.

Deposits are accepted via Cash App or Zelle and must be paid before the appointment is confirmed.

No deposit = no appointment.

The deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment and may be paid via Cash App, Zelle, or cash.

Early bird and after-hours appointments incur an additional $30 fee.

The exact appointment location will be provided once the deposit has been received.
Health & Safety Policy (COVID-19 Requirement)
The health and safety of my clients and myself is a top priority.
To attend your appointment, all clients are required to provide proof of a same-day negative COVID-19 test. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Proof of results must be sent via text prior to the appointment.

If tested at a facility, the name on the results must match your government-issued ID.

Home test kit results are accepted.

Clients must arrive wearing a fresh face mask.

No additional guests are permitted unless they are also receiving services and have completed testing.

All tools, surfaces, and seating are fully sanitized and disinfected before and after each service.

The artist will remain masked during the appointment.
Please do not book if you are experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-19–like symptoms. Clients who arrive showing symptoms will be asked to leave, and the appointment will be canceled.
If you are unable or uncomfortable complying with this policy, I kindly ask that you do not proceed with booking at this time.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To ensure the best possible results, clients are asked to prepare their skin prior to the appointment:

Cleanse and exfoliate the skin the night before or morning of your appointment.

Moisturize if possible.

Have eyebrows groomed (waxing, threading, tweezing, or razoring) prior to arrival.
Proper preparation helps achieve a smoother, more flawless finish and allows the service to be completed efficiently.
Late Arrival Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is provided.

After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply.

Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be required to reschedule due to other scheduled appointments.
Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via text or phone call.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Please be courteous enough to inform me if you are unable to make it.
Bridal Bookings
All bridal services must be requested through the Bridal Inquiry page. Once your inquiry has been submitted, the artist will contact you directly via email or text to discuss pricing, details, and scheduling. Bridal Trials come highly recommended and can be requested through the Book Online page.
Travel Policy

Koncepts by Kinze travels only for groups of three (3) or more.

Travel fee will apply and are determined based on destination.

Travel fees may be split among group members.

Any questions or concerns regarding travel should be included in the booking request message section.
-No Refund Policy for Makeup Services
All Sales Are Final:

Due to the nature of makeup services and the time, products, and artistry involved, all payments made for services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Satisfaction Commitment:

Client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns during your appointment, please communicate them immediately so we can make adjustments in real time.It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities. We use high-quality products, but no refunds will be issued for allergic reactions or dissatisfaction after services are completed.
