Policies Page

-Booking Policy:

All bookings are required to be secured by paying a $25 deposit accepted VIA Cash App or Zelle. Deposits are non-refundable and are due before the time and date of your appointment. Please note that the deposit is just a portion of the service fee. The exact location of the appointment will be disclosed to the client once the client has payed the deposit. Remaining balances are DUE AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT!Early bird and After hour appointments are an additional $30

No Deposit, No Appointment Policy.

Remaining balance is accepted via cash app, zelle, and or cash payment.

-COVID-19 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

In order to attend your appointment all clients will be required to show a NEGATIVE Covid test via text. If you are being tested at a facility the name on your results must match the first and last name on your state or government issued ID. Home test kit results are accepted. By doing this the chances of being exposed to the Covid-19 virus are extremely limited and will make the work environment safe for both you and I. Upon arrival to your appointment please wear a fresh mask. All surfaces and implements are sanitized and disinfected before and after each service (chair included). MUA will be wearing a mask at the time of your appointment. Due to Covid-19 NO EXTRA GUESTS are premitted to attend appointments unless that person is also receiving service and has been tested. I ask that you DO NOT BOOK service if you are experiencing any cold, flu or Covid-19 like symptoms. If you arrive to your appointment showing symptoms you will be asked to leave the appointment. If you are unable to comply I kindly ask that you do not book!

-How to prepare for your appointment:

It is imperative that before your appointment you prepare your skin by washing and exfoliating. If you are able to... moisturizing is also recommended. By taking care of your skin either the night before or morning of this helps ensure a more flawless finish. It is also recommended that you have your eyebrows groomed or any unwanted hairs removed (waxing, threading, tweezing, or razoring). By having your brows groomed prior to the appointment this will speed up the process of the service.

-Late fee Policy:

If the client is running late for the designated appointment time please be courteous enough to inform the artist that you will be running behind schedule. A 15 minute grace period is granted to each client before an extra fee of $15 is required to be paid. If you are running over 30 minutes late the client will be asked to please reschedule the appointment for another time as the artist does have other bookings.

-Cancelation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment please be courteous enough to notify the artist within at least 24 hours of the appointment. You can contact me directly through text or by phone call. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

-No Show Policy:

No show clients will no longer be able to book future appointments with Koncepts by Kinze. Please be courteous enough to inform me if you are unable to make it.

-Bridal Booking Policy:

All bridal bookings are to be handled and requested directly through the page titled "Book Online"after your request has been made the artist will reach out to you directly VIA email or text to discuss details of pricing and the scheduling process.

-Standard Booking:

Standard bookings can be requested through the "Booking Online" page. After that process is complete please wait for the artist to either confirm or deny appointment date and time. 

-Travel Policy:

Koncepts by Kinze will ONLY travel for groups of 3 or more including bridal! If the artist is needed to travel to the location of the client, the client must be willing and able to pay the required travel fee to the desired location of the client. If you have concerns or questions please include in message section of booking request. Travel fee can be split amongst the group.
