McQuenzie Campbell is the owner and operator of Koncepts by Kinze formally known as Slay By Kinze. Koncepts by Kinze is a professional makeup artistry brand created by McQuenzie at the age of 16 when she decided to pursue her dreams of being a beauty professional. McQuenzie has been professionally trained in Cosmetology and she has acquired 1500 hours of training that has provided her with the theory and knowledge to be consider a professional in the state of Maryland.  McQuenize is very dedicated to the work that she does and she enjoys making all people feel beautiful in the skin that they're in as she provides superior customer service for both individuals and groups.
